Your role:

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for the store's visual selling environment and work according to a given store concept. You create an atmosphere that is selling, varied, and inspiring for the customer. You are also part of the store and are out on the floor, meeting customers and selling. You work in a team with the store's salespeople, whom you train and support in their daily work with product exposure. You report to the store manager.

You will, among other things:

• Plan, execute, and follow up on campaign and activity exposures in collaboration with the store's sales team.
• Take overall responsibility for ensuring that the store meets and lives up to centrally developed concepts.
• Be a key person for our customers through your knowledge of our products.
• Ensure that shelves, tables, and podiums are well-stocked and that the selling environment is inspiring and creates a desire to buy.
• Analyze set sales targets and together with your immediate manager take initiatives for positive changes.
• As a salesperson, your task is to stimulate sales by always being active in customer contact and always working for increased sales by providing customers with tips, ideas, and inspiration.

We are looking for:

• Several years of experience in sales and service, preferably in retail.
• Experience in leadership or project management.
• A qualification as a Visual Merchandiser or equivalent studies.
• A strong interest in our products.

To succeed in this role, you are passionate about exposure and see sales opportunities in everything you do. Furthermore, you are creative and analytical and used to taking your own initiatives within given frameworks. You are good at communicating, leading, and engaging others. You are positive, goal-oriented, and flexible. You should also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize your work effectively.
